Data Consent 2026
I consent to the use of photographs and/or videos of the registered player taken during official Gharghur FC Nursery activities. These may be published on the club’s official website, social media channels, and promotional materials for the purpose of sharing news and promoting the club.

I also consent to the collection and processing of personal data provided during registration for the purpose of maintaining membership records. This data will be retained for a period of two (2) years and player details will be shared with the Malta Football Association (MFA) in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

I understand that by registering, I consent to Gharghur FC processing this data, and that this consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting [email protected]. I also understand that I have the right to access, rectify my data by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation of player registration is carried out in terms to MFA regulations.
